EJD 120i

The EJD 120i electric pedestrian stackers are accomplished helpers for retail environments, loading and unloading HGVs and double-decker transport over uneven floors. They are particularly impressive due to their perfect combination of compactness, manoeuvrability and stability. Thanks to the integrated support arm lift for increased ground clearance, the EJD 120i easily overcomes uneven ground, ramps or loading bridges. In addition to selectable masts, different lithium-ion battery variants from 50 to 200 Ah and integrated chargers allow optimum adaptation to individual application requirements. In terms of safety, the EJD 120i impresses with its coupled ProTracLink support wheels for increased stability, an optional foot protection tiller to protect operators, as well as further additional options for enhanced health & safety.

Maximum driving stability

The patented ProTracLink torsion bar ensures that the support force is distributed evenly to the sprung and damped support wheels, depending on the cornering situation.
Ideal for applications on a loading ramp and the loading / unloading of HGVs.

High occupational safety

Extremely compact dimensions allow for safe use in confined spaces.
A long safety tiller ensures sufficient distance between the truck and the operator.
Safe handling in busy retail environments thanks to short front end length and narrow aisle width.
Optional foot protection tiller: it detects the distance to the operator and reduces the truck speed to avoid collisions.
Active foot protection strip (optional): when the foot comes into contact with the drive frame, the truck immediately brakes and reverses.

Flexible possible applications

Flexible storage and retrieval up to a height of 2,010 mm.
Ideal for pallet truck applications over short transport distances with loads up to 2,000 kg.
