- Where required, we will attend to an equipment breakdown within 4 hours guaranteed.
- We will always tailor a service package to suit your individual operational requirements - locations, working hours, environment, response times and fleet management.
- Jungheinrich will stay ahead of the field in the introduction of NEW service technology - aimed at maintaining truck UPTIME - and will continue to lead the industry.(£12m invested in rapid diagnostic and parts identification mobile PCs and bespoke software, across 16 European countries and 2000 Service Engineers, in Year 2000).
- The provision of service parts at time of demand will be one of the driving forces of our 'First Time Fix' Service.
