The Company Dailycer, Deeside The Problem With a 22% UK market share of private label breakfast cereals and manufacturing on a round the clock basis, Dailycer needed a lift truck fleet that offered speed, efficiency and most importantly, total reliability. "As well as being proactive in helping us to improve working methods" said shift manager Malcolm Reed, "we needed a supplier who could also be reactive to any problem. We couldn't afford to have any truck out of action for any length of time." The Solution For the past 15 years, Jungheinrich has more than met the company's requirements. "Other companies offered to loan us trucks on trial, but only Jungheinrich was prepared to look at the application in detail and advise us on improving our working practices and procedures, using the right trucks for every specification we have." In order to further resolve any future operational or operator-related issues that may arise, Jungheinrich has also instigated regular on-site meetings with Dailycer's production manager and health and safety advisor to help nip any potential problems in the bud.
