The Problem
Manufacturing specialist adhesives, sealants and compounds came easy to Alpha Plastics. Meeting tight deadlines was more of a problem, particularly when they had to contend with an ageing forklift that constantly broke down, bringing everything to a grinding halt.
The Solution
Looking for a solution, MD and owner Abdul Qureshi approached several suppliers of new equipment. He says, of those approached, only Jungheinrich took the trouble to visit our site and advise which type of machine best suited our application requirements. |
The end result? Alpha decided to purchase a new DFG 20 engine-powered fork truck.
"The key to everything we do is about providing our customers with quality products and reliable service," explains Abdul Qureshi, "that's why we have attained ISO 9002, are working towards QS 14001 accreditation and have purchased new handling equipment from a company that is equally committed to quality and reliability."
