STR Controller

Job Description:
A vacancy has arisen for a Short Term Rental (STR) Controller reporting to the
Regional UE/STR Manager based in Milton Keynes. The overall job purpose is
to ensure that all requirements for the rental business are met and in line with
processes laid down in the group guidelines. To source all trucks and control all
documentation and transportation of requirements. Support the Regional UE/STR
Manager in ensuring that all sales targets for rental are met.
Your main duties will be to:
•Analyse requirements to provide correct specified trucks
•Handle all enquires and co-ordinate between customer and Sales
•Provide fleet information and statistics to Regional UE/STR Manager
•Organise transport for delivery and collection of trucks
•Liaise with UK Workshop for delivery in line with customer expectations
•Ensure contracts, agreements and invoicing is completed in line with guidelines
•Source trucks from Europe when required
•Ensure all damage is captured and invoiced to customer
•Issue purchase orders and complete relevant invoicing
•Work with Sales to develop strategic accounts
•Carry out weekly stock checks to ensure SAP is fully up to date
•Assist with administration of rental fleet where necessary
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be IT literate with
strong numeracy and analytical skills. You should have a good attention to detail and it
would be desirable to have a knowledge of working within a rental or sales environment.

Job Description:
A part-time Receptionist vacancy has arisen, based at our Warrington premises.
You will be responsible for the effective running of the switchboard/reception area.
Duties will include dealing with telephone calls and queries from internal and
external customers, issuing visitor passes and ensuring that they comply with health
and safety requirements, organising meeting rooms, refreshments, hotels and travel
arrangements, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, and other administration
duties, as required.
The role is a part-time job share, operating on the basis of a weekly rotating shift
pattern of 8 .00 am - 12.45 pm and 12.15pm – 5 .00 pm Monday to Friday (23.75
hours per week). Cover will need to be provided for the other part- time Receptionist
during periods of holiday and absence.
