If you opt for Contract Hire or Fleet Hire agreements you must select a Full Service Level as part of your agreement.
If you opt for Hire Purchase or Finance Lease agreements, selecting a Full Service Level is optional.
To help you make you choice, here is an explanation of each level and what it covers.
Full Service Level 1 covers the labour costs for preventative maintenance. The costs of any parts are not included.
Full Service Level 2 covers the labour costs and all parts required for preventative maintenance (excluding forks, tyres and wheels) as well as labour and parts to carry out repairs due to fair wear and tear.
Full Service Level 3 covers the labour costs and all parts required for preventative maintenance (excluding forks), labour and parts to carry out repairs due to fair wear and tear and one set of tyres per truck per calendar year.
