Each van has a customised parts stock relative to historical local parts demand, ensuring industry leading first time fix rates (It reflects the historical demand for each area covered by individual engineers.)
All Field Service Engineers are equipped with a laptop PC and printer for instant fault diagnostics, service report creation and work logging for management information and statistics.
Our Field Service Engineer van stocks are refreshed before 6.00am each business day by overnight delivery direct to the engineer's home.
Our major investment is, engineer training, part stocks and logistics underpinning our ability to deliver industry leading support for all Jungheinrich products.
Workshops
Our major workshop facility is located in Risley, with regional workshop facilities locally in Bristol, Milton Keynes and Cumbernauld. Our Risley Workshop has CE certification and can carry out truck modifications, customisation and customer overhauls.
